Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you for the prior one-month period.

Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, United States without regard to conflicts of law. The exclusive jurisdiction is the courts of Georgia, United States, and you submit to their personal jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement relating to the Website and Services at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. The updated date at the bottom will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
