Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 5, 2026
We collect the minimum information needed to ship you a good product and operate a small supplement business. Here's what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.
Who we are
WunderFit Labs is a veteran-owned supplement brand. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean WunderFit Labs. When it says “you” or “your,” we mean a customer or visitor to wunderfitlabs.com.
Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Information you give us — your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, phone number (if you provide one), and order details when you make a purchase or contact customer support.
- Payment information — handled directly by our payment processor (Shopify Payments and the card networks they work with). We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers.
- Information collected automatically — basic technical data your browser provides on every web request: IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, the URL that referred you, and timestamps. This is standard server log information used to operate and secure the site.
How we use your information
- To process and fulfill your orders.
- To communicate with you about your order, shipping, and returns.
- To respond to customer support requests and product questions.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
- To improve our products, site, and customer experience based on aggregated, non-identifying patterns.
Who we share your information with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only with what they need to do their job:
- Shopify — powers our checkout, stores order history, and processes payments through Shopify Payments.
- Our fulfillment partner — a third-party fulfillment center that picks, packs, and labels your order. They receive your name, shipping address, and order contents.
- Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, GlobalPost, and any carrier you select) — receive your name, shipping address, and package details to deliver your order.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (such as Vercel) — process server requests and store standard server logs.
- Legal and safety — we may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WunderFit Labs, our customers, or others.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade customer lists with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the site and complete your checkout (for example, keeping items in your cart and maintaining your session at checkout). We do not currently run third-party advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or social media pixels on wunderfitlabs.com.
If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we'll update this policy with the “Last updated” date above and disclose what each tool collects and why.
Email communications
We send order confirmations, shipping notifications, and customer support replies for transactions you initiate. If we add a marketing newsletter or promotional emails in the future, those will be opt-in only, and every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill our legal, accounting, and tax obligations — typically seven years for financial records, in line with US tax requirements. Customer support correspondence is kept for a reasonable period to maintain continuity if you contact us again. We delete or anonymize data when it's no longer needed for these purposes.
How we protect your information
Our site uses industry-standard TLS encryption for all traffic. Payments run through PCI-compliant processors. Access to customer data is limited to the people and systems that need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable safeguards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your information, subject to our legal obligations to keep certain records.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising. (We don't do either, but you have the right to confirm.)
- Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with a regulator if you believe we've mishandled your data.
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and other state residents have additional rights under their respective privacy laws. EU/UK visitors have rights under the GDPR/UK-GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@wunderfitlabs.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Children
Our products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
International visitors
WunderFit Labs is operated from the United States. If you visit our site from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the site, you consent to this transfer.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when our practices change or when required by law. The “Last updated” date above shows the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or, where appropriate, communicated by email.
