We stand behind every product we ship. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work at WunderFit Labs.
30-day money-back guarantee
You have 30 calendar days from your purchase date to return any unopened product in its original packaging for a full refund of the product price.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement — whether the product is opened or not. Send a photo of the issue to hello@wunderfitlabs.com and we'll make it right.
How to start a return
- Email hello@wunderfitlabs.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll respond within one business day with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
- Ship the product back within 14 days of receiving your RMA. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or significantly delayed.
What doesn't qualify
- Opened products (other than defective or damaged items).
- Sale, clearance, or final-sale items.
- Products returned more than 30 days after purchase.
- Returns without proof of purchase or a valid RMA number.
Shipping costs
You're responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error — wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage in transit. Original shipping costs are only refunded in those cases.
Pack returns carefully. Products that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for a refund, so we recommend a tracked shipping method.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Bank or card issuer processing may add a few additional business days before funds appear.
